Líscio Fábio de Brasil Camargo
Areas: Corporate, Accounting and Rules

Líscio Camargo holds a degree of Bachelor in Economic Sciences from the Federal University of Juiz de Fora/MG, with graduate studies in economics at the Federal University of Ceará (CAEN) and a Masters degree in economics from the Center of Regional Development and Planning – CEDEPLAR/UFMG. Originally a Technician in Planning and Research at IPEA, prior to being named Deputy Secretary and Substitute National Treasury Secretary, Líscio Camargo occupied various positions in the federal public sector, among which the following deserve highlighting: Deputy Coordinator of the Research and Information Sector at CNRH/IPEA/SEPLAN/PR; Coordinator of the Employment Sector at CNRH/IPEA/SEPLAN/PR; Undersecretary of Employment of the Ministry of Labor; Secretary of Employment and Wages of the Ministry of Labor; General Secretary of the Ministry of Labor; Coordinator of the Technical Dissemination and Information Coordinating Staff at IPES/SEPLAN; Technical Director at IPEA/SEPLAN/PR; Executive Director of IPEA/SEPLAN/PR; President of IPEA/SEPLAN/PR; Secretary of Planning and Evaluation of the Secretariat of Planning, Budget and Coordination of the Presidency of the Republic; Chief of Staff of the Economic Policy Secretariat of the Ministry of Finance – SPE-MF; Special Advisor to the Minister of Social Security; Special Consultant to the Presidency of the Federal Savings Bank; Special Advisor to the Presidency of IPEA; Chief of Staff of the Economic Policy Secretariat of the Ministry of Finance – SPE/MF and Deputy Secretary of the Executive Secretariat of the Ministry of Finance – SE/MF.

Paulo Fontoura Valle
Area: Public Debt

Deputy Secretary of the Brazilian National Treasury, Mr. Paulo Fontoura Valle is in charge of the Public Debt Management Department since 2006. Working in the National Treasury since 1992 and Coordinator-General for Public Debt Operations for 7 years, Mr. Valle holds an M.B.A. from the Capital Markets Brazilian Institute (IBMEC) and a specialization degree in Economics at the Minerva Programa in the George Washington University, USA, in 1998.

 

Tarcísio José Massote de Godoy
Area: Fiscal Policy

Tarcísio José Massote de Godoy has a Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering and graduate studies in Geotechnics at the University of Brasília. He has been a career Finance and Control Analyst at the National Treasury since 1993, having occupied several position in the federal public sector. Among these, the following deserve mention: General Coordinator of Assumption and Restructuring of Liabilities and General Coordinator of Public Debt Management of the National Treasury Secretariat; Deputy Secretary and General Coordinator of the Secretariat of Complementary Pension Funds of the Ministry of Social Security and Assistance. He was Director of the Social Security Foundation – GEAP and Consultant to the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean – CEPAL and the Century Economic Consulting Company. Currently, he is a Member of the SERPRO Board of Directors, the Fiscal Council of the BBDTVM – Banco do Brasil – Stock and Security Distribution Company, the Deliberative Council of the Foundation of Federal Economists – FUNCEF and the Curator Council of the Employment Compensation Fund – FGTS.
