Portaria Interministerial Nº 91 de 28 de abril de 2005
O MIINISTRO DE
ESTADO DO PLANEJAMENTO, ORÇAMENTO E GESTÃO, no uso de suas atribuições, e tendo em vista o disposto no art. 12,
Inciso I, alíneas “a” e “c” do Decreto nº 5.379, de 25 de fevereiro de 2005, e considerando a necessidade de
atender às despesas com defesa agropecuária, especialmente a erradicação da
febre aftosa, resolvem :
Art. 1o
Ampliar o limite de que trata o anexo I do Decreto nº 5.379, de 25 de fevereiro
de 2005, na forma do Anexo I desta
Portaria.
Art. 2o
Alterar o detalhamento constante do Anexo I, da Portaria Interministerial MP/MF
nº 51, de 11 de março de 2005, na forma do Anexo II desta Portaria.
Art. 3o
Em decorrência do disposto no art. 2º, o detalhamento dos valores autorizados
para movimentação e empenho do Ministério da Agricultura, Pecuária e
Abastecimento, de que trata o Anexo I da Portaria Interministerial MP/MF nº 51,
de 2005, passam a ser os constantes do Anexo III desta Portaria.
